Saheli is a word in many languages - Punjabi, Hindi, Urdu, Nepali and so many more. It’s literal meaning is ‘a female friend’ but to us it represents more than that.

SAHELI represents our commitment to the empowerment and celebration of women, our culture and mother earth.

Our aim is to foster friendships and connections between young brown women, with the greater goal of vulnerability, empathy and mental wellness. Combatting loneliness & improving WOC mental health is our ultimate motivator.
